Penthouse interior lounge with evening light through full-height glazing

Interior approvals go fastest when lighting is treated as a sequence, not a single “final polish” pass. This checklist is what our leads run before files leave the studio.

Practical light first

We verify ceiling washes, joinery accents, and window balance at exposure levels that match presentation — not monitor comfort in a dark room.

Material read at distance

Marble, wood, and fabric must remain distinguishable when the image is viewed on a phone. If speculars collapse, we rebalance before adding decorative lamps.

Fixed rounds only

One consolidation round for fixtures, one for mood. Scope beyond that is a change order — it protects both the architect’s calendar and the image quality.
