Residential balcony scene at evening light

Short competitions are won on clarity, not density. This is the calendar we propose when a bureau calls with ten days and a complete model — and what we will not compress.

Days 1–2

Brief audit, camera list, grey-box stills. No textures until views are signed.

Days 3–6

Two hero directions maximum, shared light rig, first entourage pass only on approved views.

Days 7–10

Consolidation, print check at A1, one contingency day for jury-scale read. No new cameras in the last 48 hours.

Example frame from a competition sprint — single hero story, minimal context noise.

What we refuse

Animation, full site context rebuilds, and fourth camera directions. Saying no early keeps the yes believable.
