We were tasked with creating a complex visual solution for a new townhouse development by our repeat client. The challenge was to turn raw architectural plans into a highly attractive product. This included not only visualizing the project but also adapting the facade concept based on the client's references-translating the elegance of modern classics into the specific geometry of the complex. The final deliverables included a full spectrum of materials: exterior and interior renders, interactive tours, and animation.

Designing the Identity

The work started with defining the external look. The client had a clear vision based on references: clean, modern classic lines. Our task was not to copy, but to creatively adapt these ideas to the project's specific geometry. We combined strict minimalist lines with classic proportions to create a timeless look. This concept served as the basis for the technical documentation prepared by the architects.

Aerial views reveal what cannot be seen from the ground: the strategic masterplan. We demonstrated how the complex integrates into the environment, showing the layout of buildings, internal roads, and green zones. This is a strategic tool proving the integrity and harmony of the development.

Descending to eye level, we showed the complex as a cozy, human-scaled neighborhood. The clean lines of the architecture, the thoughtful details, the cosy balconies on the second floor and the terraces with access to private green areas come to the fore. It is this combination of refined aesthetics and functionality that creates the perfect living space.

To truly sell the dream, we visualized life itself. A couple returning home, friends gathering for a BBQ, a family having a picnic - these "living" scenarios allow buyers to instantly imagine themselves here and form an emotional bond with their future home.

The 360° Exterior Tour allows users to jump from the interactive masterplan to key points on the ground. It transforms a static picture into a personal exploration, helping the client assess the scale and make a final decision.

A buyer finds it hard to fall in love with a paper plan. Our goal was to show the realistic potential of a standard unit. We strictly followed the technical brief - using the exact location of utilities, specific doors, and finishing materials that will be installed.

On this realistic technical base, we layered a stylish design concept tailored to the target audience. We added furniture and decor that is easy for the owner to recreate, making the fantasy achievable and the space inviting.

The 3D Interior Tour gives the viewer full control to explore every corner independently. It allows potential buyers to "try on" the apartment, checking the flow and layout at their own pace.

By combining technical accuracy (facades, utilities) with emotional storytelling (lifestyle renders, cinematic video), we created a powerful sales toolkit. This restrained yet convincing package is the ideal instrument for an audience that values aesthetics, quality, and rational arguments.
