Task:

Serving as the central hub for the building, this lobby required a design that was both impressive and highly functional. We developed the "Future Nature" concept. It is a symbiosis of eco-style and futurism designed to guide visitors intuitively while offering a calm and inspiring welcome.

Future Nature: A Symbiotic Design

The interior is executed in natural shades of grey, beige, and wood, accented with sophisticated black elements. This combination of "cold" concrete and "warm" wood is a key trend in modern design, creating a balanced, timeless atmosphere.

The central element of the lobby is the stylish reception desk. Designed as a "stone island" with a high wooden counter made of light timber, it creates a light and welcoming atmosphere for every guest entering the building.

Comfortable sofas and armchairs in soft, neutral tones form cozy corners for waiting or casual meetings. We used partitions to zone these areas, ensuring that the vast open space still offers pockets of privacy and quiet.

A dedicated coffee point invites residents to pause. The mix of low lounge seating and cafe-style tables caters to both quick espresso stops and longer conversations.

A small coworking area is seamlessly integrated into the lobby, offering convenient workspaces for freelancers and entrepreneurs. Desks equipped with comfortable chairs and power access provide a productive environment, separated by partitions to minimize distractions.

Polished concrete floors serve as a durable foundation, highlighting the modern style. Light wood elements add warmth, while the use of natural materials creates a connection to nature. Abundant greenery in various zones revitalizes the interior and improves the atmosphere.

The Outcome: This project successfully establishes the identity of the entire building. By merging natural materials like stone and wood with futuristic forms and lighting, we created a lobby that is timeless yet forward-looking. The final visualization package, including the cinematic 3D animation, provided the client with a powerful tool to present the premium status of the complex to future residents.
