A long-term developer partner approached us with a large-scale project comprising mixed housing types: Row Houses (Reihenhäuser) and a Multi-Family House (MFH). The challenge was the sheer scale and depth of detail required. We were asked to not only visualize the architecture but to participate in the design process - refining facades, designing compliant playgrounds, and creating distinct interior identities for 14 different unit layouts. The goal was to provide a complete sales toolkit that leaves no question unanswered for the potential buyer.

To explain the logistics of the Sonnenblick Schafheide complex, we started with a high-fidelity aerial visualization. This helps buyers understand the infrastructure, the relationship between the row houses and the apartment building, and the abundance of green spaces.

We collaborated with the developer to finalize the facade concepts. The visualization balances modern geometry with warm wood accents, creating a welcoming rhythm along the street. These images demonstrate how privacy is maintained even with the density of the row houses.

Beyond architecture, we visualized the practical logistics of daily life. The renders highlight the generous parking areas and wide entrance zones, demonstrating ample space and convenient access - critical factors for the target demographic of families and car owners.

To help buyers visualize the full potential of the backyard, we implemented a Day-to-Night Toggle.

Day render highlights the lush greenery and the space for family activities under the sun.

Night render demonstrates the cozy, intimate atmosphere created by the lighting design. The visuals emphasize how the strategic use of green hedges ensures privacy for every unit, turning the terrace into a true outdoor living room.

Complementing the row houses is the Multi-Family House. The clean white facade with dark metal accents creates a modern visual anchor for the district.We emphasized the generous balconies in the renders, proving that apartment living here still offers a strong connection to the outdoors and ample space for relaxation.

We went beyond visualization by designing the community playground ourselves. Working within a strict budget and regional delivery constraints, we selected equipment from a supplier fully certified for German safety standards. The result is a vibrant, safe hub for neighborhood children that is realistic and executable.

To connect the houses with the public spaces, we created an Exterior 3D Tour with 5 panoramic spots. This allows users to virtually walk from the street, through the playground, and up to the front doors, experiencing the scale of the neighborhood firsthand.

The project required distinct marketing assets for a total of 14 unit types:

8 Layouts in the Multi-Family House.

6 Layouts in the Row Houses. We created a unique "View from Above" for every single type to help the sales team explain the differences in layout and flow to prospective clients.

For each unit, we developed an interior concept tailored to the developer's budget and target audience. We focused on "fixed" elements - flooring, electrical layouts, plumbing, and bathroom finishes - that are hard to change later. The decor suggests a lifestyle that is aspirational yet attainable.

We created interactive tours for every unit type, but here is one representative example to demonstrate the technology.

This tour features a Design/Whitebox toggle. With a single click, you can switch the view from the warm, furnished concept to the technical "Whitebox" mode.

This allows buyers to verify the structural volume without losing the emotional connection created by the interior design.

This project illustrates our ability to handle complex, large-scale developments. By delivering a complete ecosystem of assets - from aerial views and custom playground designs to 28 separate interior tours (Furnished + Whitebox) - we equipped the developer with a versatile digital sales center that addresses every customer query.
