The developer approached us with a request for full-scale visual support. The scope was extensive: we needed to not only visualize the architecture but also develop a complete turnkey interior design from scratch and translate it into a variety of media formats. The challenge was to handle this large volume of work while maintaining a consistent "modern elegant" style across all assets.

Modern Elegance: A Turnkey Concept

We started by establishing the architectural identity. These vertical exterior views highlight the building's facade rhythm and its integration into the Berlin streetscape. This established the visual language of "modern classic" that serves as the prologue to the interior story.

We proposed a concept for a spacious 120 m2 apartment designed as a ready-to-live solution in a modern, elegant style. The central volume combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas into one structured space. The palette features soft neutral tones like warm beige, cream, and smoky gray accented by natural wood and touches of gold.

The developer provided the base materials including flooring, doors, sanitary ware, and stone cladding, as well as a list of preferred furniture vendors. Our challenge was to integrate these mandatory elements into a harmonious, high-end design that feels unique rather than standard.

The apartment is designed as an open yet structured space. The central volume houses the combined kitchen-living-dining area, while private rooms the master suite and children's rooms are grouped remotely. Sliding glass partitions allow the kitchen to be separated during cooking without losing light or the sense of scale. Crucially, all vertical lines of cabinets and door portals are aligned in a single grid, making the interior look cohesive and architectural.

The hallway sets the tone for the entire apartment. We executed it in warm wood veneer with black inlays along the floor perimeter and hidden linear lighting. High panels and a large mirror in a golden frame create an elegant, hotel-like atmosphere from the very threshold.

The dining group serves as the visual anchor. Following the client's vendor recommendations, we selected furniture and lighting that balance comfort with a graphic aesthetic. A laconic table surrounded by soft chairs with black legs and gold tips forms a sophisticated composition.

The Master Bedroom is designed for tactile comfort and privacy. The dressing area  features custom joinery that maximizes storage while maintaining a boutique-hotel feel. Warm LED lighting in the niches supports a calm, relaxing mood suitable for the owners' private zone.

The children's rooms and study areas maintain the apartment's general style but feel more relaxed. We used wardrobes with graphic arches and round handles to give the space character. The layout includes neat working and play zones, proving that family-friendly spaces can remain visually elegant.

The project features two bathrooms finished in unified materials: warm travertine, light walls, and expressive dark stone accents.

The Guest Bath prioritizes minimalism: a seamless glass shower with a linear drain, a suspended vanity, and graphic black contours along the floor define the modern volume.

The Master Bathroom centers on a built-in bathtub positioned along the window to create a home spa sensation. A suspended double vanity with mirrored cabinets ensures ample storage. This layout maintains the calm and relaxing mood of the owners' private zone.

To provide a complete understanding of the space, we integrated a 3D Virtual Tour. This tool allows users to navigate the apartment, experiencing the flow between the open social zones and private quarters, and appreciating the alignment of the architectural grid and material textures in real-time.

The Outcome: We delivered a holistic visual package that solves the developer's main challenge: demonstrating the full potential of the property. By transforming the technical brief - including specific stone, flooring, and sanitary ware - into a cohesive "Modern Classic" design, we created a ready-to-live scenario. The combination of photorealistic images, animation, and a 3D tour provides a complete toolkit to engage buyers at every touchpoint, from the website to the sales office.
