The developer commissioned us to create a comprehensive marketing package for a new "Urban Oasis" development. Our scope was twofold: to professionally visualize the architecture’s harmony with nature and to develop interior design concepts from scratch for the lobby and residential studios. The goal was to move beyond simple renders to create a holistic visual story - using photorealism and interactive 3D tours - that convinces future buyers this is a place where they truly want to live.

Architecture & Nature

The external appearance of this project is a story about harmony. Three building corps with rounded forms and "green" facades form a unified ensemble around a picturesque pond. We focused on the play of reflections in the water and the abundance of greenery to convey a sense of calm and close connection with nature.

Close-up angles reveal the life at the foot of the buildings: an active ground floor with cozy cafes for meetings and unique public zones, such as an amphitheater for relaxation and events. These details transform the complex from "just buildings" into a true center of community life.

Our 360° Tour is a tool that combines a strategic view from above with a realistic feeling on the ground. An interactive masterplan provides a full understanding of the layout, while 7 panoramic spots allow users to "peek" into the most important locations and appreciate the landscaping.

Moving from the exterior to the interior, we started with the most important public space, the entrance group. Here, our task went beyond visualization as we developed the design concept of a modern, multi-functional lobby.

The lobby serves as the complex's "business card." Its central element is the view of the internal winter garden. We used bright color accents, designer furniture, and modern art to form a dynamic, slightly bold atmosphere tailored for a young, active audience.

We designed it as a "third place" to create a comfortable space where residents can wait for a taxi, meet friends, or work. The area includes comfortable lounge zones and a small cafe, significantly increasing the daily comfort and attractiveness of the entire complex.

To showcase the thoughtful zoning, we created 3D tour. The top-down view allows users to see how the lounge and cafe are organized, while clickable hotspots let them drop inside to experience the atmosphere in 360 degrees.

To unlock the full potential of a standard studio layout for a young, dynamic audience. We developed a powerful, graphic design concept and expressed it through three distinct color palettes. This study demonstrates how color and curated decor can completely transform a space.

Claret Loft

A rich and atmospheric palette. The deep, warm tones of claret red combine with an industrial touch to create a sophisticated, cozy, and enveloping space.

A fresh and balanced palette. The calmness of sage green is energized by bold cobalt blue accents, creating a space for both focus and creativity.

A high-energy, high-contrast composition. Inspired by pop-art, this palette uses bold geometric patterns and primary color accents to create a dynamic and expressive atmosphere.

The bathroom serves as the stylish anchor for the entire project. Its unified design, featuring bold emerald tile and warm wood, was crafted to be versatile and seamlessly complement each of the three distinct palettes.
