We were tasked with creating a comprehensive visual strategy for a new development of compact single-story houses. The target audience is young families seeking functionality and comfort. Our scope was to develop an airy, "Scandinavian-inspired" interior concept from scratch and produce a complete set of marketing assets. Uniquely, this project required a dual approach: showcasing the fully furnished lifestyle to evoke emotion, and a technical Whitebox view to demonstrate the construction quality and raw volume.

Natural Simplicity

The architecture is defined by simplicity and function. We visualized the house in a bright daylight setting to highlight the facade and the clean geometry. This minimalist shell sets the perfect stage for the warm, cozy atmosphere we created inside.

The interior concept is built on a warm beige-pink palette paired with natural wood floors. To make the compact house feel unified, we used consistent design elements throughout: high white baseboards, floor-to-ceiling curtains, and geometric lighting.

The entrance area is as minimalist as possible. The hallway acts as a gallery, using graphic posters to break the visual "tunnel" effect.

The kitchen combines natural veneer lower cabinets with light upper modules that seem to "dissolve" into the walls. An olive accent strip above the backsplash and white herringbone tiles add freshness without overwhelming the space.

In the master bedroom, a soft dusty-pink accent wall sets the atmosphere. We paired this with "honey-colored" wood furniture and soft, airy textiles to create a sensation of lightness and absolute comfort for the owners.

The child's room is designed with a playful palette of olive and terracotta circles. We prioritized independence (Montessori style): storage is placed at the child's height, and a chalkboard wall invites creativity. A green sofa bed makes the room versatile for sleep and play.

The bathroom serves as the design "surprise" of the house. Unlike the pastel living areas, this space features bold emerald vertical tiles and a black-and-white marble floor. Wooden furniture softens the cold ceramics, making the space functional yet visually striking.

For buyers focused on construction quality and spatial volume, we produced a Whitebox set. This "clean" view removes the distraction of decor, allowing the client to assess the placement of sockets, the height of ceilings, and the true scale of the rooms. It is a powerful tool for those who want to imagine their own design within the developer's shell.

We created two distinct interactive experiences to complete the sales package:

A fully furnished tour that demonstrates the flow, the coziness, and the "Scandinavian" atmosphere we created.

A Whitebox tour for a raw, unfiltered look at the property's volume and layout possibilities.

The Outcome: By delivering a dual-format presentation - the emotional, "lived-in" furnished concept and the rational, clear Whitebox view - we provided the developer with a complete toolkit. The final exterior render of the cozy backyard seals the deal, promising not just a house, but a charming lifestyle.
